Potato Puff Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald 1
    cup
    of milk.
    Add to it the butter, sugar and salt. Cool
    to
    lukewarm.
    Add
    1 package of yeast.
    Blend in eggs, potatoes and flour.
    Mix well.
    Place in a greased bowl. Mixture will
    be
    slightly sticky.
    Refrigerate until 2 hours before
    it's needed.
    Roll
    out
    to 1/2-inch thick on floured surface.
    Cut and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
