Sweet Potato And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick
    2 c. Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Cook until about half done. In a large buttered baking dish, layer sweet potatoes, apples and marshmallows. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, cinnamon, salt and pecans. Blend cornstarch and water in a small bowl and pour over layers. Dot with butter and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
