Low-Fat Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast
    Cajun season mix
Preparation
    Pound meat portions to 3/8 to 1/2 thick.
    Sprinkle generously with seasoning.
    Spray an iron skillet with Pam.
    Brown pieces, turning frequently until juices are clear when pricked.
    You may need to add a small amount of olive oil.
