Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin steak (about 1 1/2-inches thick)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 onions, sliced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    picante sauce
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from beef steak.
    Prick beef with fork in several places.
    Mix 1/4 cup oil, the vinegar, sugar, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
    Place beef in dish, turning once, to coat both sides.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Broil beef with top about 3 inches from heat about 8 minutes or until brown.
    Turn.
    Brush beef with marinade.
    Broil until done.
    Saute onions and peppers in oil. Cut beef diagonally into very thin slices.
