Miniature Shrimp Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 tiny tart shells
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chopped cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. light cream
    dash of Tabasco
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brush tart shells with a mixture of beaten egg and a little milk for a brown glaze.
    Divide the Parmesan cheese, chopped shrimp and Swiss cheese among the tart shells.
    Mix egg yolks, cream, Tabasco and salt; fill shells with mixture.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
