Nut Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts (fine)
6 slices bread
Preparation
-
Mix syrup and milk.
Cut crust from bread and slice each in 3 or 4 slices.
(Freezing bread or using old bread is good.) Dip each
strip
in
syrup mixture, then in nuts.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
