Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients; add next 3 ingredients, blending well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Be sure to grease and flour pan.
