Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small 6 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 boxes of Long Grain Wild Rice
    1 spice packet
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain grease. Mix all ingredients. Bake 350\u00b0 oven covered for 1 1/4 hour, then 15 minutes uncovered.
