Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. soda
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream oil, margarine, sugar and add eggs and raw zucchini and mix well; add vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.
Place batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
