Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes.
    Clean fresh mushrooms.
    Soak meat and mushrooms for 2 hours.
    Saute meat and mushrooms.
    Serve warm.
