Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 can tomato sauce
1 small can tomatoes (mashed)
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
tomato catsup to taste
worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation

Cook onion, garlic and bell peppers in oil. Add meat, salt and pepper. Cook until done. Drain. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, worcestershire. Simmer about 1 hour. Cook elbow macaroni. Mix with meat sauce. Cover, turn heat off and let set. It if gets to dry just add a little water. Sprinkle cheese on each serving. Serve with salad and garlic toast.
