Shrimp Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 cloves garlic
    1/8 c. flour
    1/2 pt. half and half cream
    1/2 lb. Kraft jalapeno cheese
    1 large bag egg noodles, boiled
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in large pot.
    Add parsley and shrimp; cook 10 minutes.
    Add flour, half and half cream and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted, over medium-low heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Boil, drain and rinse noodles.
    Stir into shrimp mixture.
    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch glass casserole dish; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Crawfish can be used.)
