Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 large jar baby prunes with tapioca or 2 small jars
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1 heaping tsp. nutmeg
1 heaping tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add oil and prunes.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan.
When cold, turn out and sift powdered sugar over top.
