Artichoke Parmesan Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Pastry for 1 deep dish crust (9 inches)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese plus additional for garnish
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/4 c. shedded Swiss cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
salt & pepper & onion powder to taste
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a 9 inch deep dish pie plate with pastry.
Prick bottom & sides several times with fork. Bake 7 to 8 minutes until it begins to brown; set aside.
Decrease oven temperature to 400 degrees.
