Country Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak
    onion
    green pepper
    salt and pepper
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips and roll in flour; brown all sides.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add water and simmer on medium heat until tender, about 1 hour.
    Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and water and make slightly thick paste.
    Add to steak to make gravy.
    Add water if necessary.
