Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, using 3/4 dressing mix.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
