Zucchini Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. grated zucchini (grate on big side of grater)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick; mix until smooth.
    Add zucchini, onion, pepper and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 15-inch cookie sheet and bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
