Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil (I prefer Mazola safflower)
    1 1/2 c. sugar or 1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
