Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. skim milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Heat milk over low heat.
In bowl mix sugar, flour and eggs. Beat well.
Pour into heated milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Pour custard into prepared crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yield:
8 servings (each with 295 calories).
