Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
as much as desired: diced red and green peppers, corn kernels, diced tomatoes and grated carrots
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and let sit a few hours.
Serve chilled.
