Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pastry shell
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly.
Add sugar and salt. Blend well.
Add milk and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
