Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. boneless chuck pot roast
2 tsp. seasoned salt or plain salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Place meat on heavy-duty foil.
Add all other ingredients. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator or for at least 6 hours. Cook in crock-pot on low heat for 10 hours.
