Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Add other ingredients. Simmer until heated through, but do not boil.
    Put in crock-pot on low to keep warm.
    Serve with warm tortilla chips.
