Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can water
    chopped onion (optional)
    1 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice is okay too)
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice and spices.
    Roll into balls.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour over meat balls. Cook, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
