Best Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake about 45 minutes longer or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Serve topped with whipped cream.
