Mother'S Golden Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cream or milk (rich)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 large coconut, grated
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add cream or rich milk, sugar, vanilla, butter and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, and 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until set and light brown.
    Top with meringue or just before serving, decorate with whipped cream.
