Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger meat
    5 tsp. Morton sugar cure salt
    3 tsp. garlic salt
    4 tsp. mustard seed
    4 tsp. coarse black pepper
    6 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. hickory smoke liquid
    1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and put in refrigerator for 3 days. Mix each day and on day 4 roll into logs. Bake 8 hours at 175\u00b0, turning once. Put over pan for grease to drip.
