Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. (3 1/2 c.) Raisin Bran
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Place sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl; blend.
    Stir in Raisin Bran. Stir in by hand the oil, eggs and buttermilk. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Bake what you need and keep the rest in covered bowl in refrigerator. Spoon out as needed. Do not stir batter if you refrigerate it.
    Keeps 6 weeks.
