Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix sauerkraut, carrots, celery, green pepper, onion and pimentos.
    In small bowl, mix sugar and oil; pour over vegetables and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
