Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
    cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Have sausage and cheese at room temperature.
    Mix uncooked sausage with cheese and Bisquick.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
    (You can freeze now on the sheet.
    When frozen, they can be bagged.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes. You can bake and freeze them, too.
