Lime Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil (to coat inside of dish)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water and let sit until partially set.
    Whip
    the gelatin and then add the rest of the ingredients (except
    oil)
    in
    the\torder given in the list of ingredients.
    Pour\tinto 9 x 13-inch dish which has been oiled and let
    set
    until
    firm.
    Cut into squares to serve.\tServes 12.
