Apple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. peeled, diced tart apples
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine rest of ingredients together and add to the dry mixture.
Use right amount of milk to make right consistency batter.
Fry in deep hot fat (305\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) until done, which will take about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
