Triple Layer Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa, divided
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
