Quick Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced, peeled tart apples
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread apples over bottom of pan. Pour over beaten eggs; mix.
Add sugar, oil, nuts and vanilla, turning with fork.
Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve with Cool Whip.
