Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix shortening into dry ingredients.
    Add milk and yeast dissolved in warm water.
    Mix until all flour is moist.
    Cover bowl and store in icebox.
    Use as needed.
    Make in small balls. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
    The dough keeps in the refrigerator about a week.
