Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep-dish pie crust
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 small can peas and carrots, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken
Preparation

Thaw pie crust for 10 to 15 minutes.
While crust is thawing, combine butter, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir in broth and milk.
Cook and stir until thick, then stir in peas and carrots and chicken.
Pour into crust, put a crust on top.
Cut slits in top crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
