Senior Breakfast Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick grits
    1 (6 oz.) garlic cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    mild grated cheese
Preparation
    Stir grits slowly into boiling water, salted, in heavy saucepan.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
    When thick, remove from heat.
    Add 1 package garlic cheese.
    When it melts, add butter, milk and eggs.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Top with mild grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
