Spinach Topped Tomatoes(Serves 6. Easy. Do Ahead.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    3 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package; drain.
    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
    Make into small patties to fit on top of 1/2 tomato.
    Put on cookie sheet, freeze, then bag.
    To serve, place patty on tomato half, put in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes if frozen, 20 minutes if thawed.
