Pineapple Upside-Down Cake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
    1 egg
    1 can pineapple rings in own juice (measure 1/2 c. juice from can)
Preparation
    Things you will need: Tupperware measuring cup set, large Mix-N-Stor, 2 cup measuring pitcher, Vienese spatula, olive dipper and 9-inch quiche pan.
