Hominy-Green Chilies Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy (1 white, 1 yellow), drained
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 jar diced pimentos, drained and rinsed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Reserve 1 1/4 cups cheese for topping.
    Toss all ingredients until well mixed.
    Pour into casserole dish; top with reserved cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts and is lightly browned and bubbly around edge of dish.
