Sweet And Sour Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. wine vinegar (raspberry wine vinegar, if possible)
    3 tsp. light soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat the vinegar; add sugar and stir until dissolved.
    Remove from heat. Add oil and soy sauce. Mix in salt and pepper. Cover and
    refrigerate until ready to use. Put in blender or food processor to emulsify.
