Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peanuts
    1 c. corn, popped
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pop the corn; put in roaster and keep in oven on warm.
    Boil the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt, cream of tartar and peanuts for 5 minutes.
    Add the soda; stir and put on corn.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring often.
