Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw summer squash, grated
    1/4 tsp. onion, grated
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, salt, pepper, sugar and flour.
    Beat eggs and add to squash.
    Then add melted butter.
    Drop by tablespoon into hot oil and fry at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
