Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients together.
    Beat the egg, then add with vinegar and water.
    Mix these ingredients together, then blend in first batter.
    Chill batter before using.
    Makes from 5 to 7 crusts.
