Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. sour milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak oats and sour milk for 15 minutes.
    Make sour milk by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup whole milk. Beat in egg, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients; stir into mixture.
    Add the melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
