Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 c. green olives, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
6 to 8 flour tortillas, (10 inch; Thin ones are better)
Preparation

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, onions, olives, cheddar cheese and chiles. Spread on tortillas. Roll them up, jelly roll style. Wrap each roll in wax paper and refrigerate for several hours. Slice, like a jelly roll and serve. May have salsa on the side for dipping.
