Cheese 'N Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. bite size broccoli florets
8 oz. Alpine Swiss cheese, cubed 1/2-inch size
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 slices crisply cooked bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

In large bowl, toss together all ingredients until well combined.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serves 6.
