5 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 beaten eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and flour.
Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Bake in unbaked pie crust at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
