Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket
    liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    onion salt
    celery salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. mustard
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Cover brisket with spices.
    Wrap in heavy foil overnight. Change foil for baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on top shelf with pan of water underneath.
    Cook 4 hours.
    Bring to boil vinegar, sugar, ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard and onion salt; add steak sauce and soy sauce.
    Change foil.
    Pour mixture over brisket and cook 1 hour.
