Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix all together and pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
In last 15 minutes, put more grated cheese and crushed Ritz crackers on top to brown.
